Uncoiler
- Various types and capacities available including single mandrel uncoiler, double mandrel swivel uncoiler and double mandrel uncoiler for larger coils.
- For high speed mills, 2 single mandrel uncoiler with carry-over table allows new coils to be loaded and feed coil up to the flattener, while another coil is being continuously fed to the mill. (Time savings on coil handling and feed-up)
- Uncoiler mandrels are of 4-segment wedge expansion type, hydraulic or pneumatic c/w brake for strip tension control and E-stop.
- For heavier gauge coil, uncoiler is equipped with feed-drive c/w peeler and hold-down roll to remove coilset before entering the flattener.
- Also available is the optional coil car for loading of coil onto the uncoiler mandrel
